Feedback Form on Leading and Supporting Change in Schools

The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA) is presenting these ideas on leading and supporting change for consultation as part of its next Strategic Plan. For us, the idea of leading and supporting change is the most important context in which we will be working in the coming years. The ideas in the paper are set out as principles for change and we’d like to hear your views on them

Which three principles really caught your attention?

Did we miss out on anything important in the principles?

In what ways can this approach to change be progressed at a time of economic downturn and limited resources in schools?

How can schools be better powered to work with change?

How can NCCA best support schools in engaging with change?

What kinds of unplanned change is your school dealing with now and what do you see coming down the road?

What are the best ways of sharing good practice and solutions among schools?

If you have any other comments to add

Thank you for taking the time to consider the document and to provide feedback.
